Private Charter Terms and Conditions

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  We are unable to hold dates without a deposit. Remainder of balance due 14 days prior to departure.

A $250 refundable bond applies to all day charters and is payable with your charter balance.

Please advise us at least 7 days prior if you are bringing children aged under 12 so that safety and life jacket provisions can be made.  Infants and toddlers are required to wear them at all times.

Payments via direct deposit are preferred.  Credit card payments attract a 1.8% service fee (direct cost to Port Sailing Pty Ltd).  Apologies we are unable to accept Amex or Diners.

Port Sailing does not operate in any unsafe conditions and reserves the right to cancel at any time (skipper’s discretion).

We monitor the weather continually in advance of each charter and will notify you with as much time as practicable if we feel we may need to look at alternative arrangements.  The final decision to proceed is always at the discretion on Port Sailing Pty Ltd.

Cancellations due to weather conditions are fully refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Less than 2 weeks’ notice:
Deposit not refundable.

Less than 7 days’ notice:
50% of charter fee not refundable.

COVID-19 Policy (Updated 1 July 2020)

If we are deemed legally unable to operate your charter it will be rescheduled or held in credit for a comparable date/time to your original booking.  We will apply all COVID Safe rules as per NSW government policy.
